  • Where do you ship your products?
    We ship all across Europe and United Kingdom.
  • The product I wanted is out of stock. When will it be available?
    Every jewelry piece is one of the kind, however, custom orders are available for any product even if it is out of stock. Contact us directly for these kinds of orders.
  • Can I return my purchase?
    Yes, you can return your purchase no later than 7 days after receiving your jewelry piece. However, we will only refund your purchase if the goods and the packaging are in the same condition as they were when we sent them.
  • Where are you based at?
    We are based in Lithuania, thus, every product is shipped from here.
